Extensive Background
Ruths Nimbalkers background in Human Resources and Industrial Relations
and formal training in Business Analysis aligned with experience
in Process Redesign ensure a pragmatic approach in developing change
programs with sustainable outcomes. Most recently Ruth has worked
the 'Shared Corporate Service Change Program' as part of Shared
Services at New South Wales Health and the LMBR SAP Program. The
projects comprised of multiple business and project enhancing initiatives
including the introduction of 'Scope & Business Requirements'
for Shared Services across NSW Health and the Department of Education.
The project was the foundation for NSW Health and Department of
Education as it implemented an ERP system across the State. Ruth
worked with the Project Management Change Management and Communication
Teams to develop the project management plans, change management
and communications plans for the change across NSW Health and the
Department of Education. Ruth worked with a project management team
program for Hunter New England Area Health Service - NSW Health.
The change program impacted the entire organisation and the community
within the Area Health Services in a highly political and sensitive
environment. Ruth has worked on the implementation of various change
program across NSW Health. |
