Kerala,
a southern state of India boasts of
an abundance of fish and coconut. Most of the dishes are usually
hot, but Sara's Kitchen will control the heat in the dishes. These
recipes are passed on through generations, so Sara's Kitchen promise
you authenticitiy. The South Indian cuisine consists of a huge variety
of breakfast treats, which are also eaten as snacks during the day.

Vegetarian Thali, Dosa, Masala Dosa, Poori, Appam,Uthappam
are some of the specialities of Sara’s Kitchen. Kerala, the
state of origin of the chefs, boasts of a variety of fish curries
and so, it of no wonder that our Fish Moilee has been one of the
most popular. A few names to add on the list of the most wanted
are the Mango Chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh, Garlic Beef, Prawn and Beef
Hyderabadi and Paneer Makhani.

Aside from the ever changing menu we offer a range
of other dishes which we will be happy to cook for you by request

Head Curry or Chilli Crab.
Not something you would
usually expect to find in an Indian restaurant, we have our range
of burgers. Our burgers vary from mild Lamb Rogan Josh burger to
the tangy Chicken Tikka burger and the hot Beef Vindaloo burger.
Our inspiration was to marry the trends of the local market with
the exotic flavours of authentic Indian cuisine. Our curry pastes
and marinades are bursting with flavour from our special spices
and our lamb dishes are Halaal.
To complement the Burger, we offer a hash brown,
a serve of raita (cucumber and yoghurt salad) and a can of soft
drink.
