Onion, Garlic, Butter, Parsley, Curry, Chicken
Stock, Cornflour, Water, Cream, Milk.
Ingredients
Lettuce (Outside leaves)
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 once butter
2 tb parsley
½ teasp curry
2 cups chick stock
2 teasp cornflour mixed with 1 tb water
½ cup cream/milk
Method
Saute onions, garlic, lettuce, parsley with butter til
soft
Add curry, 1 cup stock - cook 12 mins
Thicken with cornflour stuff
Puree in blender
Add extra stock & milk
