Ingredients 3kg tomatoes Method Night Before: Cut up tomatoes and onion. Spinke with salt. Let stand overnight. Next Day: Drain off liquid. Bring vinegar and sugar to boil. Add tomato mixture, carrot and sultanas. Mix all dry ingredients together with a little extra vinegar to make a smooth paste. Add to mixture and bring to boil for approximately 40 minutes. Bottle while warm. |
