Butter Recipe
Lemons, Butter, Eggs, White Sugar. Double Boiler,
Tight Jars.
Ingredients
2 lemons (juice strained and rind of lemon finely grated)
¼ cup butter
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 cup white sugar
Method
Place all ingredients into a double boiler and stir over-boiling water until thick. Store in air-tight jars.
