Tuna
Casserole
Tuna, Asparagus, Corn Nibblets, Cheese,
Potatos, White Sauce, Milk, Mornay, Moderate Oven, Casserole Dish.

Ingredients
Large tin of tuna in spring water
1 medium size tin asparagus
1 medium size tin of corn nibblets
1 cup grated cheese
Enough potatoes to line casserole dish when mashed
Milk for white sauce
Method
Line the bottom of a casserole dish with the mashed potatoes.
Sauce
Make a white sauce adding juice from the tuna and juice from asparagus.
Add drained corn nibblets and tuna flesh. Pour on top of potatoes. Place
asparagus spears on top of mornay. Add lots of grated cheese on the top
and place in a moderate oven until warmed through and cheese is lightly
