Salmon
& Chive Quiche
Butter, Breadcrumbs, Sour Cream, Eggs, Salmon,
Chives, cheese, Plain Flour. Flan Dish, Bowl, Whisk.

Ingredients
20g butter, melted
1/3 cup packet breadcrumbs
300ml light sour cream
6 eggs, lightly beaten
200g can Salmon
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
1 cup cheese, grated
1 tablespoon plain flour
Method
Grease flan dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over base and sides. Place
sour cream in a bowl & gradually whisk in eggs. Stir in Salmon, chives,
cheese and flour. Pour in to flan dish.
Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes NB: Salmon can be substituted with Tuna
if desired.
