Fish Cakes
Red Curry Paste, Snapper, Egg, Salt, Honey, Pepper, Parsley, Fish Sauce, Shallots, Flour. Food Processor, Olive Oil, Sweet Chilli Sauce, Fresh Lime.

Ingredients
3 teaspoons red curry paste
500g red fish (eg Snapper)
1 egg, beaten
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon honey
ground pepper
parsley, chopped
3 teaspoons fish sauce
shallots, sliced
flour, for dusting

Method
Place all ingredients in a food processor, puree until smooth. Shape like hamburgers and dust with flour. Cook in pan with olive oil for 8-10 minutes. Serve with sweet chilli sauce and fresh lime.
