Spinach Pie Recipe
Cracker Biscuits , Spinach, Egg, Milk, Cheese, Pepper, Onion, Greased Pie Dish.

Ingredients
7 Sao biscuits (can use any cracker biscuits)
2 cups spinach (finely chopped)
2 eggs
1¼ cups milk
½ cup grated cheese
Pepper to taste
1 onion (finely chopped)

Method
Crush Sao’s. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into well greased pie dish and bake in a moderate oven until mixture sets (approximately 30 min).
