Thai Tasty Meatballs Recipe
Chicken Mince, Breadcrumbs, Shallots, Fish Sauce, Coconut Cream, Oil, Onion, Coriander.

Ingredients - Meatballs
500gm pork or chicken mince
1 cup stale breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Master Foods Thai Cuisine Essentials
2 cups green shallots (finely chopped)
2 teaspoons fish sauce
400ml can coconut cream

Ingredients - Coconut Sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium onion (sliced)
2 tablespoons Masterfoods Thai Essentials
2 teaspoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander OR ¼ teaspoon dried coriander

Method
Combine mince, crumbs, Cuisine Essentials, shallots, fish sauce and ¼ cup coconut cream in a bowl and mix well (reserve remaining coconut cream for sauce). Roll dessertspoon of mixture into a ball. Deep fry OR place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes in a moderate oven (180’C). Drain on absorbent paper.

Method - Coconut sauce
Heat oil in pan and add onion. Cook until soft. Add Thai Essentials, fish sauce and lime juice. Cook, stirring until fragrant. Add reserved coconut cream and simmer uncovered for about 3 minutes OR until thickened slightly. Stir in coriander. Add meatballs to coconut sauce and stir over heat until heated through.
