Chive Chicken Recipe
Chicken Breast, French Mustard, Oil, Water, Chicken
Stock, Cornflour, Evaporated Skim Milk, Fresh Chives.

Ingredients
4 chicken breast fillets (115gm each)
2 teaspoons French mustard
2 teaspoons oil
½ cup water
1 small chicken stock cube (crumbled)
2 teaspoons cornflour and 2 tablespoons water
Extra: 1 third of a cup of evaporated skim milk
2 tablespoons fresh chives (chopped)
Method
Spread mustard onto the chicken breasts. Heat oil in pan.
Add chicken and cook until brown. Stir in water and stock cube. Simmer
uncovered for 10 minutes OR until tender.
Blend cornflour with extra water. Add to chicken mixture.
Stir constantly over heat until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in milk
