Chicken Brandy Recipe
Chicken Breast, Butter, Brandy, Salt & Pepper, Casserole Dish, Foil.

Ingredients
6 chicken breasts skinned
½ cup butter
3 tablespoons brandy
Salt and pepper

Method
Place chicken breasts on a piece of foil in a casserole dish. Melt butter. Add brandy, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken pieces. Cook uncovered till chicken is cooked. Baste with brandy and butter to crisp.
