Thick Steak, Garlic, Olive Oil, Lemon
Juice, Brown Sugar, Plum Jam, Worcestershire Sauce, White Vinegar.

Ingredients
Large piece of thick steak
Garlic
Olive oil
Lemon Juice
Devil (only joking)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 large dessertspoon plum jam
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Method
Score steak on both sides, rub with garlic and olive
oil, a squeeze of lemon juice. Soak for 2 hours in the devil. Remove steak
and grill. When steak is cooked heat devil and pour over steak. Ready
to serve.
